Ok.. well.. this was a night to remember. Great food, great service and what an atmosphere!!! If you want a nice easy dinner, chat up your date, or chitchat with your friends this is not the place for that. The “presence” of the chef even if he is not there is so strong, permeates everything from the decoration, ambience, music, style that in the end of the meal you know his story, like he has left his soul exposed, raw for you to see and taste. We just loved our dinner there. And hope to come again soon! Feel privileged to have experienced this evening !!

Very much an experience here. We had the Short Story and were stuffed. Favourite ls we’re the bread starter with accoutrements, eel and cauliflower, the salad and ice cream. Wine pairing is lovely, although perhaps felt that the portions were a little small at times. They also did an excellent non-alcoholic drinks pairing. Service outstanding, atmosphere amazing. We were not rushed at all and we spent a very enjoyable evening here.

Incredible! Definitely the top restaurant we’ve been to in Portugal, and honestly, on our Europe trip overall. The food was delicious. We did the “short story” 11 course tasting menu, and found it to be the right amount of food and were quite full by the end. Such a unique blend of flavours and concepts, mix of rich vs. refreshing dishes, and each showing the chef’s unique life experiences. We also had an allergy that they did a wonderful job accommodating with great and creative modifications of each course. The service was excellent, attentive but never overbearing. Great explanation of each dish and its origin. Finally, the space was beautiful. The dinner is indoors but it felt like you were dining in a forest. Each detail including the cutlery, plates, curtains, and even the bathroom walls were clearly well thought-out to create this beautiful ambience. I would definitely come back here again!

an amazing restaurant that I recommend visiting if you want to try dishes with an unusual combination of products and beautiful presentation. One of the amazing things is that many dishes need to be eaten with your hands, as I understood from the concept of the restaurant's name - manners that can be neglected a little and make a small mess while eating a dish. Very attentive and friendly staff, who do everything so professionally that after such service it will be difficult to go to ordinary cafes and expect the same level from other waiters. Another recommendation - come hungry, as the testing menu includes 14 dishes. The set itself costs 150 euros.

food, wine pairing and service were all amazing 100/10. Really recommend the alcohol free pairing the sommelier puts a lot of thought into it and it really shows (of course for the wine pairing as well)

Wonderful experience of 13 tastings with optional wine pairing. The Bosnian bread was delicious and we liked almost all of the tastings with the oyster and salad being my favorites personally. It felt manageable because the tasting was 4 hours, which we loved as a whole night experience but others may not want something that long. The plates were light enough to be able to handle 13, although I skipped the foie gras. My husband doesn’t eat seafood and they were able to accommodate him. The servers were lovely and informative. The sommelier from Argentina was knowledgeable as was the main server (I forgot his name from Friday night). We travel and experience Michelin tasting menus regularly and this was top 3-5, maybe higher because it was so memorable.
